Privacy Policy

Anvers (“Anvers”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a business-to-business deal-execution service that connects buyers and suppliers and supports transactions from sourcing through to contract-ready terms (the “Services”).

We respect your privacy and protect personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), where applicable.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically from server logs (IP address, device and browser type, request metadata). This is used only for security and operational purposes. 3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and the Services (hosting, form delivery, email, analytics, security). These providers are bound to protect the information and use it only for authorized purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law or in response to lawful requests by authorities.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may retain business records for operational continuity, dispute handling, and compliance.
