Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes how Anvers uses cookies and similar technologies on anvers.ca.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, which this site uses to remember your consent choice.

2. Categories of cookies we use

Two categories.

Necessary (always on). Required for the website to function. We use them to remember your cookie-consent choice. No tracking is performed.

Analytics and marketing (off by default, opt-in). We do not load any analytics or marketing tools today. The category exists so that we can ask for your consent before adding them. If we add analytics in the future, this Policy and the consent banner will be updated.

3. Your choices

On your first visit, a banner asks you to choose: Accept all, Decline, or Customize. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key cookieConsent.v1. To change your choice, clear your browser storage for this site. The banner reappears on your next visit.

4. Third parties

The Contact form, Buyer Form, and Supplier Registration are processed by our forms provider for the sole purpose of delivering your submission. The provider does not set persistent cookies on anvers.ca.

5. Updates

If our use of cookies changes materially, we will update this Policy and increment the consent storage key version (for example, to cookieConsent.v2), which re-shows the banner so you can review your choice.
